This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of the leadership and Employee development portfolio (Chartwell “U”), in support of Chartwell’s vision, mission, values and strategic direction. This position is responsible for leading a team of training professionals engaged in developing and delivering training programs to support our stakeholders in Finance, Information Technology, Information Systems, Sales, Marketing, People, and Operations to meet their training goals and strategic initiatives.
