The ideal candidate will be an energetic, responsible, and reliable person with a positive attitude. The incumbent will be a team player who will provide front line customer service and administrative support to the leadership team.
This position requires having a minimum of one (1) – two (2) years of experience in reception and administrative support services in a customer service environment, in addition to excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. Experience in a retirement residence setting would be preferred. Successful completion of secondary school diploma, or equivalent, is required and a completion of an Emergency First Aid (Level 1) course is an asset.
