Choose from two different options: independent living in our retirement suites with included meals, housekeeping, activities, and amenities—as well as optional flexible personal care services that can be tailored to your needs and preferences—or our new seniors’ apartments with access to activities and amenities, as well as optional meals, housekeeping, and care services.
Seniors’ apartments
If you are active and independent and looking forward to leaving behind the worry of maintaining a larger home, then Chartwell Montgomery Village seniors’ apartments could be a wonderful choice. Our apartments come in a range of spacious, open layouts featuring full kitchens equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher, as well as in-suite laundry, plenty of storage space, patio or balcony, and parking options. On the days you prefer not to cook, you can take advantage of optional meal service in our residence dining room. Of course you also have access to all of the activities and amenities in our main residence.
Residents in our apartments also benefit from receiving the same optional personal care services as seniors living in our main residence. That includes medication management, help with your morning and evening routine, blood pressure clinic, the services of on-call nurse, and much more!

If you are an active and independent senior looking forward to your next chapter, then the independent living lifestyle at Chartwell Montgomery Village may be your perfect choice. This is the retirement you deserve, with premier private suites, activities, and amenities, with the added confidence of benefitting from a range of light-to-moderate personal care services should you need them now or down the road.
Select from bright and spacious studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, or two-bedroom suites, some with kitchenettes, and views overlooking our surrounding woodlands or gardens. Your monthly fee includes three delicious daily meals, weekly housekeeping, and many other premium services and amenities.
Independent living at Chartwell Montgomery Village also gives you access to optional personal care services such as medication management or help with daily activities, including your morning and evening routine or blood pressure monitoring, for example. You also enjoy further peace of mind knowing that we have an on-call nurse, should you have any medical concerns.
We’re here to help you or a loved one understand your options and which service level will be the right fit for you. Our Health & Wellness Manager will also conduct an assessment before you move in to ensure you’re receiving the right level of care for your unique needs and preferences.
