Our residents are a diverse group of seniors with a myriad of interests, and our packed activity calendar reflects that, with a wide-ranging variety of optional programs. Of course, there’s no pressure to join in! Some of our residents are just as happy to relax by the fire or enjoy quiet time on the patio with a perfect cup of coffee.
Participate in our engaging activities
We’ve carefully crafted our activity schedule to ensure that no matter what your interests, you’ll always be able to find something you enjoy doing along with great company. Drop-in sessions offer everything from chess games and dart tournaments to bingo, Yahtzee, and Scrabble. If you’re looking to stay fit, we have Tai Chi, renowned for its health benefits and meditative qualities. Our OsteoFit classes teach you how to keep your bones strong and healthy. Or try our Rhythm ‘N’ Moves classes, with fun moves and catchy music.
We love hosting visitors, from local bands who put on live performances to companion dogs who love people and pats. For those seeking a spiritual community, we recommend joining our Java Music Club. It’s a wonderful session where you can contemplate and share your spirituality in a supportive environment with like-minded peers. And make sure you join us on regular bus outings in and around Newmarket for everything from shopping trips to fun lunch excursions.
