Our amenity spaces are open, bright, and accessible to everyone, and also where we host a full complement of activities! Our LiveNow enrichment program includes many meaningful experiences, all of which are based on the six dimensions of senior wellness—physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational. For example, our signature Rhythm ‘N’ Moves and FitMinds classes are purposefully designed to engage, inform, entertain, and challenge you!
Participate in our engaging activities
Glance at Chartwell Waterford’s activity calendar for the month and you’ll be struck by the breadth and depth of our residents’ interests and passions. You’ll find them staying fit in a wide range of classes, including chair yoga, circuit training, Rhythm ‘N’ Moves, and walking club too. They are always up for learning something new in our FitMinds, computer, and Euchre and Bridge sessions. They find their creative spirit in our art classes, and their musical talent in piano sing-alongs. We also have hymn sings, and transportation services to local church services. They love to be social, getting together for sangria on the patio, or a beer tasting, or a movie night in our theatre. Being out and about is always an option, with Niagara wine tours, trips to a casino, and picnics.

Our residence has a dedicated space or area for almost anything you could wish to do, whether that’s socializing, relaxing in the lounge, getting together with your grandchildren in the kids’ zone, staying fit in the exercise studio, dining with family in the private dining room, enjoying a drink in the bar/lounge, watching a film in the movie theatre, having a snack in the bistro, cooking with your family in the demonstration kitchen, bathing your pooch in the dog wash station, or looking your best in the hair salon. Our outdoor spaces are just as popular, with residents strolling our landscaped paths and seeing what’s blooming in our pretty gardens.
